The AppNet Privacy Statement only addresses the collection of personal information, logging of clickstream data, and use of cookies on the AppNet website. It does not mention anything related to information collected using AdMaximize.

"We may occasionally update our policy, but the changes will not reduce the privacy protection of visitors. We will post any changes to the policy at this location so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether or not we will disclose it to any third parties."

"We only use such data in the aggregate, and individual users remain anonymous. [...] AppNet cookies do not collect personally identifiable information, and we do not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information collected through our site."

If users submit email addresses and other personal information to get more information or to join the Appnet newsletter, AppNet states they "...do not disclose information about individual visits to AppNet.com or other personal information that you may give us to any third parties."

AdMaximize is AppNet's proprietary ROI (return-on-investment) ad-serving and ad-tracking service. Features:

"Reports the number of people who view, interact or "click" on a banner ad or other creative unit; Tracks online actions including purchases, registrations and lifetime value of a customer; Provides real-time information on performance of specific ad creative and placement; Enables advertising optimization."

Although AdMaximize has a separate website and can be used as a stand-alone advertising & marketing vehicle, no Privacy Policy, Opt-Out Options, or Privacy Contacts could be found on the Admaximize website.
